Show Obituary
Charles Walston, 78, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was born June 9, 1938 in Dillsboro, Indiana, son of the late Floyd and Anna Mae (Redford) Walston.

Charles was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of the Dillsboro American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking and working in the yard. He worked at Monsanto.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 year Sue Walston; daughter, Kim (Scott Cox) Walston; special friends, Wyatt Bevis, Shane Bevis, Jamie Bevis; and the Shinkle family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Anna Mae Walston; and his brothers, Stan, Floyd and Lloyd Walston.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 12 pm, with Pastor Bill Secrest officiating.

Interment will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery, Dillsboro, Indiana.

Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
